Le poste
Le restaurant Polzo recherche un(e) second(e) de cuisine pour épauler le chef au quotidien.
Missions : production des plats, encadrement de l'équipe, respect des normes HACCP, gestion des stocks.
Profil : formation cuisine + expérience similaire, rigueur, capacité à encadrer.
Jours : mardi-dimanche en août puis, mardi-samedi dès septembre
Horaires : 11h-14h / 18h-23h
Salaire : 1 800 à 2 400 € selon profil et expérience
