Transaction Execution Analysis Perform financial analysis of potential acquisition targets Build and review business plan and financial models Support valuation analyses (DCF, trading & transaction multiples, simplified LBOs) Participate in due diligence processes (financial, commercial), including coordination with advisors and summary of key findings Support BU M&A teams in their deal execution Origination & Market Intelligence Various M&A related researches and analysis Perform sector and competitor analysis Maintain and develop internal M&A databases and benchmarks Internal Coordination Work together with internal M&A teams and internal BU or HQ experts Prepare internal materials: investment memos, due diligence summaries, investment committee presentation and Board of Directors presentations Prepare the Group M&A pipeline dashboard and the Group M&A reporting
