Vos missions Connaissance approfondie des techniques de découpe et de préparation de la viande
-Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et management d'équipe (2 bouchers Sens du service client et excellentes compétences en communication
-Respect des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité
-Dynamisme, rigueur et sens de l'organisation

Dynamique, bonne motivation, autonomie et ponctualité. Connaissance et respect des règles d'hygiène et de sécurité ; capacité à travailler en équipe.
