Business Analyst KYC

Job offer Mission. The mission consists of strengthening a KYC Squad within a Customer-focused Tribe , implementing KYC capabilities across multiple entities and brands, in line with group guidelines, EU/local regulations , and audit recommendations. The role focuses on ownership of a portion of the Squad’s activities, analysing and documenting KYC processes , and bridging business needs with technical execution, in close collaboration with other Business Analysts , the Product Owner , IT teams , and testers. The goal is to enable the organization to industrialize its KYC processes and ensure a coherent, compliant implementation across entities, within a dynamic and evolving Agile environment . Key Responsibilities: - Requirements Elicitation and Analysis - Process and Solution Design - Documentation and Traceability - Delivery and Project Lifecycle Management - Collaboration and Stakeholder Management Required profile. Profile sought: 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on KYC IT/transformation projects (purely operational KYC experience is not sufficient).
