1er septembre 2026 Rémunération 2025-2100€ brut Au sein de la Direction des Ressources Humaines, vous êtes placé(e) sous l’autorité du chef de service Stratégie RH des parcours et des talents. Profil - Titulaire d’un Bac +3 en Ressources Humaines (Licence ou Bachelor) ou d’un BTS / BUT GEA avec spécialisation RH, vous disposez idéalement d’une première expérience en ressources humaines généralistes (stage, alternance ou emploi). - Rigoureux(se) et organisé(e), vous savez gérer vos priorités et respecter les délais. - Doté(e) d’un bon esprit d’analyse et de synthèse, vous appréciez le travail en équipe et faites preuve d’un bon sens relationnel. - Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques, notamment Word et Excel (niveau avancé indispensable). Missions En tant que chargé(e) des ressources humaines, vous intervenez sur un périmètre RH généraliste et contribuez activement à la gestion et au développement des collaborateurs : - Être acteur dans le processus de recrutement en valorisant nos métiers et nos valeurs (diffusion des offres d’emplois, sourcing, entretiens, suivi des candidatures). - Participer à la gestion administrative du personnel (rédaction des contrats et avenants, suivi des carrières). - Contribuer à la gestion statutaire des agents, dans le respect du cadre applicable à la fonction publique territoriale et/ou au logement social. - Prendre part au déploiement du plan de développement des compétences (recueil des besoins, suivi des formations, gestion du SI formation et des tableaux de bord associés). - Contribuer à des projets de Gestion des emplois et des parcours professionnels (référentiel des métiers, mobilités internes, évolution de l’organisation). - Assurer un rôle de conseil et de proximité auprès des collaborateurs sur les sujets RH du quotidien.
