Profil recherché :
- Expérience d'au moins 2 ans dans un restaurant japonais.
- Maîtrise de la découpe et de la préparation des poissons frais, avec la capacité de travailler sur de grands poissons.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et esprit créatif.
