Key Responsibilities : - Design data architectures (Data Lake, Data Fabric, Databricks). - Ensure the consistency and evolution of the data ecosystem. - Contribute to setting up data repositories and dictionaries. - Contribute to the definition of quality rules and data governance. - Collaborate with data engineers / Data Analysts / DevOps to industrialize pipelines. - Participate in technology selection and cost optimization. - Define data Security policies. - Document architectures and support teams. Job description : - Design, develop distributed, fault-tolerant scalable data solutions. - Translate the business requirements in to corresponding data requirements. - Collect and process data at scale from a variety of sources for different project needs. - Participate in identifying, evaluating, selecting and integrating data frameworks and tools required for the data platform. - Provide the design and architecture of the data platform - Design, develop and maintain data API’s. - Develop solutions independently based on high-level design and architecture with minimal supervision. - Collaborate with internal architect community and ensure organizational best architectural practices are followed. - Monitor the performance of the data platform on a regular basis and tune the infrastructure and platform components accordingly to ensure the best performance. - Maintain a high level of expertise in data technologies and stay current on latest data technologies. - Create and maintain the architecture documents.
