Production Manager NPI (New Industrial Projects)

The development of new products and improvement solutions is essential for LEACH. To ensure the success of these projects, effective coordination between project teams and production is essential. The NPI (New Industrial Projects) Production Manager, reporting to the Operations Department, will be responsible for ensuring that projects are implemented in production under the best possible conditions and on schedule. The NPI Production Manager will play a key role in bringing new design projects into production, and will be essential to the success of new product developments and enhancements. This position requires a strong ability to work as part of a team, and to effectively coordinate the various parties involved to ensure that projects are implemented on schedule and in line with quality requirements.
