Le poste
Pour une entreprise familiale agroalimentaire située à Mouscron, spécialisée dans la transformation industrielle de la viande, nous sommes à la recherche d'un boucher. Vous travaillez dans un milieu industriel (atelier/abattoir/ligne de production).
Vos tâches:
Travail sur la matière première:
- Réception et contrôle des carcasses (boeuf, porc, veau, ...)
- Désossage et découpe des morceaux,
- Parage (retirer gras, nerfs, parties non conformes),
- Séparation des différents muscles selon les standards clients.
