Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) HR Assistant, disponible pour une durée de 4 à 6 mois, prise de poste ASAP. Au sein du service des Ressources Humaines en charge du périmètre France & Monaco, pour notre réseau retail, outlet, wholesale et corporate, vous serez notamment en charge : - Recrutement Elaboration des annonces et mise en ligne sur les différents Jobboards Tri des CV, pré-sélection téléphoniques, organisation des RDV, réalisation d'entretien, réponses négatives. - Administration du personnel Gestion administrative des dossiers du personnel (création de dossier papier et informatique, s’assurer du recueil des documents obligatoires) Rédaction des contrats, conventions de stage, avenants et attestations diverses - Onboarding Accueil des nouveaux collaborateurs Suivi des périodes d’essai Cette description n'est pas exhaustive et pourra évoluer avec le temps . Profil Actuellement en licence/master RH ou avec une spécialisation RH, vous disposez d’une première expérience (stage ou alternance) en ressources humaines ou recrutement. Vous êtes à la recherche d’un stage stimulant au sein d’un environnement international. De nature bienveillante, vous êtes rigoureux(se), organisé(e), dynamique, pro-actif(ve) et curieux(se). Vous parlez couramment anglais, la pratique d’une autre langue est un plus. Stage conventionné, pas d’alternance.
