Prérequis :
- Public majeur,
- La certification étant de niveau 4, une bonne maitrise du français et des mathématiques est indispensable
- Avoir validé son projet professionnel
- Une expérience significative préalable en restauration (service en salle), assortie ou non d'une qualification, sera un atout
